Staff and location. Everything was very good.
Stayed here for 2 nights and liked my choice. The hotel was located in the middle of San Juan. The room was cleaned and available with a comfortable bed.

It was a real good stay, I recommend this place. The staff were knowledgeable, the room was brand-new with a fridge and earplugs, as for instance.

We appreciated the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept. We had easy check-in on arrival. Also, it had parking on site.

My stay here was really good. Exceptional location, exceptionally clean venue, competent staff. The bus stop was 300 feet away. In my king room there was a very comfy bed that I liked.

Never go there unless you are prepared to carry your luggage up 5 floors because of no lift or staff to help you, do not want a decent breakfast, and do not want any room around your bed to move as you have no where else to put your luggage. The shower room was a postage stamp and the floor was dirty. All this for $185 ! Only good thing was ground floor decor and location. Be careful!

Good Location.
One of the worst hotels at which I have ever stayed. My first room was nicely decorated, but was an inside room with no windows, and six of the nine light bulbs were burned out: both lamps, three of the four ceiling light and one of the three light bulbs in the bathroom. I complained at the desk. The clerk said, “Well, I can move you to 3a, but it’s noisy.” I asked why they didn’t just replace the lights. He said, “No one here can do that.” So I moved to the other room. All the lights worked, and there was a window overlooking the street. But there were no closets in the room, no armoire, not even a rack on the wall to hang up cloths. I had to lay my cloths on the floor. My hotel room was noisy: late into the night I could hear loud music and even conversations on the street, even though my windows were closed. And in the morning I discovered there was no hot water, and no toilet paper in the bathroom. I complained. The clerk said I just had to run the water for 5 - 10 minutes or so and then grudgingly handed me a small roll of toilet paper. Breakfast was supposed to be included. When I sat down in breakfast area I was handed a bowl of cereal. I said I didn’t want cereal. The waiter asked if I would like toast instead. I said yes, and was given a slice of toast and a packet of jelly. After asking, I also got a cup of coffee. Also the web page said that there was complimentary internet in the rooms. There wasn’T.

It's beautiful! The room and balcony were great. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the A/C plentiful. The staff was very helpful.
The price. It's very steep. We only paid it because we were on on our Honeymoon. We booked with breakfast included, and the details should have been clear. We've traveled plenty, and when only a continental breakfast is included, it says so. The breakfast scenario is weird at the hotel. From 7-9am, a chef can provide you with continental breakfast items at no charge(he has to get it for you from back), or you get a 'reduced' price if you booked with breakfast included for menu items. From 9-11am, there is a continental breakfast set out. Not what we bargained for...I've had better at Holiday Inn.

(1) The reception hall (its style), (2) some of the pictures on the wall, (3) friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Very very small room (room 3H) with no window (no daylight). But fairly OK if you need to spend a night somewhere.

Excellent location, pleasant staff, good breakfast, nice decor
Problems with inadequate hot water, carrying suitcases up four floors was harder than I thought and the trip was hard enough without the luggage
